Our Acts of Kindness
In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, AOK Commerce is here to remind you that kindness is everywhere, waiting to be shared.
As a Veteran-owned company, we understand the dedication and sacrifices that come with serving, and we're committed to giving back to those who've given so much.
We also believe in supporting youth development and creating opportunities for young people to thrive. Whether it’s fostering teamwork through sports, supporting academic growth, or encouraging creativity, we’re passionate about helping young people succeed.
These acts are our way of showing that kindness matters - that the smallest gestures can have the biggest impact. We're proud to be making a difference and invite you to join us in making the world a little brighter, one act of kindness at a time.
Spreading Holiday Joy with Our AOK Community
Giving back is at the heart of what we do, especially during the holidays. This year, we joined our local school district's "Angel Tree" program, which matches sponsors with kids who might not otherwise have a Christmas.
Initially, we thought we could only provide gifts for 3 or 4 children - but then we shared the idea with you, our incredible AOK Community, during our live auction shows. Your generosity blew us away!
✨ Thanks to your donations, we were able to make Christmas happen for TEN kids this year! ✨
That’s ten bright smiles, countless moments of joy, and a whole lot of holiday magic - all because of you. So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this possible. You’ve made a real difference, and we couldn’t be prouder of this amazing community! 🎄
For Our Youth
At AOK Commerce, we're proud members of the Kiwanis Club, a global organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and communities. By supporting the Kiwanis mission, we're joining forces with a network of passionate volunteers who are making a positive impact on the health, education, and leadership development of young people around the world.
The Kiwanis Club works to serve kids by focusing on health and nutrition, education and literacy, and fostering youth leadership. These efforts make a lasting difference, from infancy through early adulthood, helping to build communities where every child feels supported and has the chance to thrive.
Through our partnership with the Kiwanis Club, we're helping to make a real difference - one child and one community at a time.
For Our Veterans
At AOK Commerce, we believe in giving back to those who’ve given so much. As a veteran-owned business, supporting our nation’s heroes isn’t just a cause; it’s personal. Our commitment to veterans stems from a deep appreciation for their sacrifices and a desire to honor their service through meaningful acts of kindness.
Whether it’s through donations, partnerships with Veteran-focused organizations, or simply lending a helping hand, we aim to make a difference in their lives. We understand the challenges veterans face when transitioning to civilian life, and we’re here to show gratitude, support, and solidarity every step of the way.
By shopping with AOK Commerce, you’re not just supporting a small business - you’re joining us in our mission to uplift veterans and brighten their days. Together, we can build a stronger, kinder community for those who’ve bravely served.
Supporting Veterans with Our Local Partner
Since 1986, Melody has devoted her life to helping others through volunteering, no matter where life took her. Three years ago, after moving to Arkansas, she began serving veterans at a food pantry within a veteran's resource center. This year, she opened Circle on the Square, a local pantry dedicated to veterans and first responders. The space includes a food pantry, clothing room, and home goods and hygiene room.
With a father who served in the Korean War, a husband who served in Vietnam, and children who are first responders, Melody understands the sacrifices these heroes make. She and her team create a welcoming space filled with dignity, gratitude, and a touch of humor ensuring those they serve know their efforts are deeply appreciated. “Serving them is an honor for us,” she says, “and we do it from our hearts as a small way of saying thank you.”
Stay tuned as we share more about Melody's journey and her incredible work supporting veterans in an upcoming blog post.
